Definitions
The Publisher: The individual or legal entity that publishes online public communication services. The Site: All websites, web pages, and online services offered by the Publisher. The User: The person using the Site and its services.
1- Nature of Data Collected
As part of the use of the Sites, the Publisher may collect the following categories of data about its Users:
- Personal information, identity data, identification data, etc.
- Personal life data (lifestyle habits, family situation, excluding sensitive or dangerous data)

2- Communication of Personal Data to Third Parties

3- Prior Information for the Communication of Personal Data to Third Parties in Case of Merger/Acquisition
Opt-in (consent) collection prior to data transmission following a merger/acquisition: If we participate in a merger, acquisition, or any other form of asset transfer, we commit to obtaining your prior consent for the transmission of your personal data and to maintaining the level of confidentiality to which you have consented.
4- Data Aggregation
Aggregation with non-personal data: We may publish, disclose, and use aggregated information (information relating to all our Users or specific groups or categories of Users combined in such a way that an individual User cannot be identified or mentioned) and non-personal information for industry and market analysis, demographic profiling, promotional, advertising, and other commercial purposes.
Aggregation with personal data available on the User’s social accounts: If you connect your account to another service’s account for cross-mailing, the said service may provide us with your profile information, login information, and any other information you have authorized to be disclosed. We may aggregate information about all our other Users, groups, accounts, and personal data available on the User.
5- Collection of Identity Data
Free consultation: Consultation of the Site does not require registration or prior identification. It can be carried out without you providing any personal data (name, first name, address, etc.). We do not register any personal data for the simple consultation of the Site.
6- Collection of Identification Data
Use of user identifier for offering connection and commercial proposals: We use your electronic identifiers to search for existing relationships by connection, email address, or services. We may use your contact information to allow others to find your account, including through third-party services and client applications. You may upload your address book so we can help you find acquaintances on our network or allow other Users of our network to find you. We may offer suggestions to you and other network Users based on contacts imported from your address book. We may work in partnership with companies that offer incentives. To support this type of promotion and incentive offer, we may share your electronic identifier.
7- Geolocation
Geolocation for service provision purposes: We collect and process your geolocation data to provide you with our services. We may use personal data to determine your real-time geographic location. In accordance with your right to object under Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, relating to data processing, files, and freedoms, you can disable geolocation features at any time.
Geolocation for intersection purposes: We collect and process your geolocation data to allow our services to identify crossing points in time and space with other Users of the service to present you with the profile of crossed Users. In accordance with your right to object under Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, relating to data processing, files, and freedoms, you can disable geolocation features at any time. You acknowledge that the service will no longer be able to present you with profiles of other Users.
Geolocation with provision to partners for referencing and aggregation (with opt-in): We may collect and process your geolocation data with our partners. We commit to anonymizing the data used. In accordance with your right to object under Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, relating to data processing, files, and freedoms, you can disable geolocation features at any time.
8- Collection of Device Data
Collection of profiling data and technical data for service provision purposes: Some technical data of your device are collected automatically by the Site. This information includes your IP address, Internet service provider, hardware configuration, software configuration, browser type and language, etc. The collection of this data is necessary to provide the services.
Collection of technical data for advertising, commercial, and statistical purposes: The technical data of your device are automatically collected and recorded by the Site for advertising, commercial, and statistical purposes. This information helps us personalize and continuously improve your experience on our Site. We do not collect or store any nominal data (name, first name, address, etc.) potentially attached to a technical data. The collected data may be sold to third parties.
9- Cookies
Duration of cookies storage: In accordance with CNIL recommendations, the maximum storage duration for cookies is 13 months from their initial deposit on the User’s device, and the User’s consent to the use of these cookies must be renewed after this period. The cookie lifespan is not extended with each visit. User consent must be renewed at the end of this period.
Cookie purposes: Cookies may be used for statistical purposes, especially to optimize the services rendered to the User, based on processing information about the frequency of access, page personalization, operations carried out, and information consulted. 10- Retention of Technical Data
Duration of technical data retention: Technical data is retained for the strictly necessary duration to achieve the purposes described above.
11- Retention Duration of Personal Data and Anonymization
Retention of data during the contractual relationship: In accordance with Article 6-5° of Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, relating to data processing, files, and freedoms, personal data subject to processing is not retained beyond the time required to fulfill the obligations defined at the conclusion of the contract or the predefined duration of the contractual relationship.
Retention of anonymized data beyond the contractual relationship/after account deletion: We retain personal data for the strictly necessary duration to achieve the purposes described in these Privacy Policies. Beyond this duration, it will be anonymized and retained exclusively for statistical purposes, without any exploitation of any kind.
Deletion of data after account deletion: Data purge mechanisms are implemented to ensure effective deletion once the retention or archiving period necessary for achieving the determined or imposed purposes is reached. In accordance with Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, relating to data processing, files, and freedoms, you have the right to delete your data, which you can exercise at any time by contacting the Publisher.
Deletion of data after 3 years of inactivity: For security reasons, if you have not authenticated on the Site for three years, you will receive an email inviting you to log in as soon as possible, otherwise, your data will be deleted from our databases.
12- Account Deletion
Account deletion upon request: The User may delete their Account at any time by simple request to the Publisher or via the Account deletion menu in the Account settings if applicable.
Account deletion in case of Privacy Policy violation: In case of violation of one or more provisions of the Privacy Policy or any other document incorporated herein by reference, the Publisher reserves the right to terminate or restrict without prior warning, at its sole discretion, your use and access to the services, your account, and all Sites.
13- Notification of Security Breach Detected by the Publisher
User notification in case of security breach: We commit to implementing all appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security adapted to the risks of accidental, unauthorized, or illegal access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or destruction of your personal data. If we become aware of an illegal access to your personal data stored on our servers or those of our service providers, or unauthorized access resulting in the identified risks above, we commit to:
- Notifying you of the incident as soon as possible;
- Examining the causes of the incident and informing you;
- Taking necessary measures within reasonable limits to mitigate any negative effects and damages that may result from the said incident.
Limitation of liability: Under no circumstances can the commitments defined above related to notification in the event of a security breach be equated with any acknowledgment of fault or liability for the occurrence of the incident in question.
14- Transfer of Personal Data Abroad
No transfer outside the European Union: The Publisher commits not to transfer the personal data of its Users outside the European Union.
15- Modification of the Privacy Policy
Commitment not to substantially reduce the confidentiality level without prior notice to the concerned individuals: We commit to informing you in case of substantial modification of this Privacy Policy and not to reduce the confidentiality level of your data substantially without informing you and obtaining your consent.
16- Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
