LEARN HOW TO TASTE LIKE A PRO AND CHOOSE YOUR WINES LIKE A CHEF!
- Level 1 – In a workshop lasting two and a half hours, Laetitia Allemand* will teach you the fundamentals of sensorial analysis: appearance, smell, taste… and propose six of the estate wines for tasting and developing your skills. A truly participative and enriching learning experience that’s also lots of fun.
- Level 2 – If you wish to go a step further, Laetitia* will teach you, over two and a half hours, about all the great wine growing regions of France, the characteristics of their wines and their principal grape varieties. She will also give you the elements to enable you to decipher a wine label, and explain the basics of wine/food pairing. You will be able to practice on six wines from the different regions of France (Bordeaux, Bourgogne, Northern Rhône, Southern Rhône, the Loire, and Champagne…).
*Laetitia Allemand is the Domaine winemaker who, together with her father, is responsible for creating the wines. She is holder of a Specialist Masters Degree in International Trade in Wines and Spirits from the Burgundy School of Business in Dijon and the WSET Level 3 Diploma (Wine and Spirit Education Trust 3).
